The Moruya Men's Open will be held on the final weekend of November. The event is a two day stroke available to any player with an AGU handicap. The cost is $65pp for the 2 days or just $30 for Juniors. In A-Grade scratch muscly Mick Johnston on 17 under par (54) has grabbed a one shot lead over Roo Foran
In the handicap section John Wassell on 47 has a one shot lead over Jeff Ludlow. Chris Galvin is coming third in the scratch and handicap.
B Grade scratch and handicap leader is steven mercer on 61 & 45 but as only one prize can be won by any player it is up to many players who can catch him to fire birdies in the remaining rounds. Laurie Buckle and Col Stage are 2 behind in the scratch with Mick O'Shea and Col just 3 behind in the handicap section.
In the handicap section Andrew Ferguson on 44 is 1 ahead of Gil Arnold with many players breathing down their necks
After the six major prize winners are decided all remaining competitors will be eligable for the best secret nine prize. The holes will be chosen at random which means that everyone is still a chance as 3 or 4 birdies in the remaining rounds could be on the chosen holes. So keep getting those birdies.
Scores are upgraded after each round and are displayed on the notice board next to the locker room entrance.
